We at Blüm pride ourselves on the  personal experiences our members have at every hand delivery. While accuracy and timeliness are apart of our pillars to success, we can not guarantee perfection in an imperfect world. With that being said, our members can faithfully expect deliveries as dated per their profile with delivery updates available via text messages as opted in. Delivery updates to profiles within 72 hours of next delivery will be saved for future deliveries but not the upcoming one. Any and all allergy specifications acknowledged in your profile will be honored for all deliveries,  all allergy updates are prioritized for accurate same day delivery but can be subject to next day arrival to avoid all adverse reactions.

Shipping Policy - The Basics 

Having said that, all hand deliveries are exchangeable same day for schedules before 11am EST. Please be aware this policy only applies to hand-to-hand deliveries,  should in person delivery not be available, please notify your local Registry Facilitator for customizable accommodations.

Any delivery adjustments requiring immediate action within 72 hours will incur a additional Delivery fee.

What to Include in the Shipping Policy

While the potential for service interruptions is nominal, it cannot be promised. Should you come across any inconvenience in delivery , please contact your local Registry Facilitator within 24 hours for immediate attention.
